The Goat Malting building is rotting and decaying. It should have been refurbished by now. But the Tory Council appears unable to persuade the developer, Cameron homes, to bring this building into use. Cameron Homes have built new flats along the Anglesey Road frontage. Yet when it comes to redeveloping this historic building, we are told that there is no market for the flats. It's a pathetic excuse.
