Blocked Drain

The Conservative controlled County Council says that the pond of water shown in the photo below is not due to blocked gully.  Apparently these gullues were cleaned in March this year.
Furthermore I have learnt today that County Council will clean the gullies when they are in this area again.  But they cannot tell when they will be in Anglesey again.
This is a result of savage cost cutting as no one knows what is going on.  In the meantime, County Council comes up with various and creative ways of delaying tactitcs.
